1.Learning is a continuous process and it can be described as acquiring as well as modification of the preferences, values, skills, knowledge and behaviour. Thus, learning includes the usage of all the senses. When a person gains knowledge and learns, he or she uses all his senses. Like the eyes, nose, ears, touch and even though the usage of the taste buds. When learning incorporates a holistic approach


then a learning process can be considered as a complete process. The learning is always incomplete which does not take into account the vital part of the interaction. Like when a person wants to gain knowledge from an electronic gadget, he will obviously need to learn by interacting with the gadget. The user will provide his or her inputs and at the same time, the gadget will return its response in terms of output technologies. Thus, it can be said that hands-on interaction is the best approach to learning from a presentation. Hands-on interaction provides an in-depth scope of learning. Hands-on interaction actively involves the usage of a technological device through which a human interacts. This procedure is the most practical way of learning because the user actively interacts with the device and the device, in turn, provides its response. This approach increases the curiosity of the brain and it is capable of increasing the knowledge retention within the brain (Selden et al., 2013).

2.Organizational culture can be defined as the underlying values, assumptions, beliefs and the ways of interactions that actively contribute to the psychological and the social environment of an organization (Hogan & Coote, 2014).  The best practices of the leaders for the purpose of their development is the usage of the leadership and the management styles that best promote the organizational development and employee engagement.

Due to the constant change in the healthcare system, the pressure arises in the maintain the ethical standards, employee engagement, and proper work allocation, increased work pressure due to the shortage of staff, and unfavourable health outcomes. As a healthcare professional, I have found that there are issues that arise from working with the staffs that belong from a separate culture. The leadership plays an important role in bringing the different culture into a single place by adopting best management strategies that promote cultural diversity.

 The concept of storytelling is vital in pointing out and sharing the cultural and the social issues. Through the storytelling it inspires the people and sets them in motion; stories provide the models that provide the templates, models and helps to share stories in the form of case-studies; stories help to draw the vision; through the stories, it involves and engages the employees (Krizek, 2017).
