Introduction

In the assignment, the website of Bendigo Tours & Travels is made and the report is explaining the same. All the details about Bendigo Tours & Travels is being described in the report. The website of Bendigo Tours & Travels is made in HTML5 and CSS3. The JavaScript is also used for validation in contact and enquires pages.

Our group name is “Splendid” and we are four people. We have divided the work according to our interest and skills. By doing this task, we have learned lo

ts of features of HTML and the most important thing – “Team Work”. We learned how to use java script in HTML and learned the technique to check the HTML validity. On website designing we all worked together to gain knowledge and decided the layout of all the pages. Other work we divided between all of us.

Website Progress Discussion

First we decided the website features and functionalities and after that we finalized the website design together. We all worked on finding the website images for all the pages that required the images. After that we started the work that is given to each member like different pages are given to each member and all started the work on that.

All pages are following the HTML5 standards and using the Meta tags, titles in all the pages that are very useful for the SEO (Search engine Optimization). All important and useful HTML5 tags are used in the website. The external CSS3 is used in website designing. It will format the entire website at one place. This is the most important technique of external CSS and we all have learned this.

It is the best way to handle the entire website at one place only. We have to change only in the CSS and the complete website will reflect that changes. Different types of HTML tags and features that are implemented in the website are as follows-

<H1> tag is used for upper level heading in all HTML pages. It is same in all the pages and the color of this tag for all the pages is same and is managed by the external CSS.
<H2> tag is used to set the lower level heading in all HTML pages. It is same in all the pages and the color of this tag for all the pages is same and is managed by the external CSS. The other heading <H3>, <H4> and <H5> all the being used in the website.

<UL> and <LI> tags are used to show the text in the form of lists in HTML pages. It is same in all the pages and the color of this tag for all the pages is same and is managed by the external CSS.<HEADER> tag is used to set the header in HTML pages. It is designed at the external CSS.
<SECTION> tag is used to make different sections in HTML pages. It is same in all the pages and the color of this tag for all the pages is same and is managed by the external CSS.
<TITLE> tag is used to set title in HTML pages. It is same in all the pages and the color of this tag for all the pages is same and is managed by the external CSS.
