Answer:
The major objective of the learning cycle is to understand the problem for the purpose of solving it. It is essential to document the discussed decision when planning is done for the project because these documents will be a great help for future references (Kerzner, 2013). Basically, learning cycle involves the list if stages that are involved in the project cycle. On the basis of the complexity level of the project, stages could be divided into the further stages. Thus, for the Online Ticket Booking System, learning cycle would involve four stages.
The first stage will be the understanding of the problem, second is the process of planning the problem, the process of solving the problem and finally to reflect and learn which would be conducted when the project will be completed (Burke, 2013). Moreover, these activities will be performed with the help of two persons and those are the organizer and the scribe the responsibility of an organizer is to organize the meeting and describe the ideas and do the distribution of those ideas to the team in order to get the feedback for the same. Whereas, the scribe is responsible for documenting those ideas and suggestions which have been discussed during the meeting (Larson and Gray, 2013).

Thankfully, the project has been completed and the main goal of this project is to bring an understanding regarding the work of project manager and the ideas which the manager has used for the development of the project. This project has helped in the identification of my true skills as a manager. It has facilitated me in providing good team work and also encouraged me in identifying my hidden skills. Moreover, it enhances my communication skills and those skills which require for managing the different opinions from the team members, limitations in the decision making and also risk management and time management. Therefore, I have learnt that distinctive set of skills are needed for becoming a project manager.
Based on my experience, an ICT manager should possess excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, decision making skills, interpersonal skills and the ability of handling tough times. Moreover, the manager should also have the technique of leading a team and maintain a team cohesiveness in order to accomplish a project in a given budget and timeline. Moreover, the manager should also use the method of parting the bigger task into smaller one in order to carry out the project with utmost perfection. Along with that, when the client give any update in the project then it is the responsibility of the manager to communicate those information to the whole team without any changes. Along with that, project manager also give suggestion to the client regarding the betterment of the project.
Conclusion
Conclusively, it can be said that Ticket Oblige Booking System has been developed in order to reduce the crowd during the show. While developing this project, team character, learning cycle, communication plan and action plan have been discussed. Reflection part of this report describes the skill set of the project manager and how one has learned the role of a manager from this project. Moreover, this project has developed such a machine which verifies the original and duplicate ticket as well.
