In this context, the literature review pointed out four genuine issues in terms of workplace safety hazards, lack of technological advancement, in effective organisational structure and the absence of communication. Based on the research and understanding it can be argued that those factors are able to create a better framework for the construction industry by generating more effectiveness and creativity in the process.
