Recommendations

New Product Description:

For example, the firm should introduce fresh juices, energy drinks, and fruit & vegetable smoothies in order to retain health conscious consumers in an effective way (McDonald, 2007). Along with this, McDonald’s should provide organic products, vegetables & fresh fruit, and the products that contain all-natural ingredients to the customers.

Customer Value Proposition:

The success of an organization totally depends on its customers. McDonald’s should provide full value to its customers in order to improve its position in the market place. McDonald’s can give full value to the customers all the way through providing healthy products to them. Moreover, McDonald’s should listen in its customers carefully and also implement suggestion provided by them in order to enhance the market position in an effective and a more comprehensive manner.

Justification of New Product:

The SWOT analysis points out that the unhealthy foods or products loaded with carbs, fat, and sugar is the major weakness of McDonald’s (McDonald, 2007).
