The name of the mobile application is My Team Manager is based on concept of soccer team management.

Project Vision

Mobile usage has been increasing in the population all over the world. Recently, mobile usage has been overcoming the use of computer for public [1]. The mobile services have been capitalizing the market in all field. The mobile application development has been more focused by different organizations [13].  The Soccer Team management company has been facing problems in the team management.  Therefore this app has been hoeing in maintaining a keen approach in the team management of the soccer players [2]. This project will deliver several approaches to manage the team for the Football Australia Company.  The company has been looking for proper management of the soccer players in their club.

This app will help in managing soccer players of the Australian soccer club.

· Team Management: the mobile application will be help in maintaining the players of the team.  

· Training: The mobile application will help in getting notifications about training session of the team.

· Matches updates: Players will be able to get updated schedule of matches in the mobile application.

Product User Acceptance Criteria:

The mobile app produced as part of this project will be considered a success of player use increases once it becomes live.  

Summary of Project Deliverables

Project management-related deliverables: executive summary, scope statement, WBS, milestone list, schedule (Gantt chart and network diagram), cost estimate, RACI chart, quality checklist and a risk probability/impact matrix.

Product-related deliverables:

· Design documents: Analysis of documents and design of software has been provided using design prototypes.

· Software code: The source code of the application will be handover to the Australian football after the full payment.

· Documentation:  All documents for the implementation and testing will be provided.

· User guides:  The user guides will remain the property of Australian Football after the full payment.

The purpose of the project has been developing a mobile application that might help in managing soccer team. The mobile application will consists of several components including match schedules, training sessions and team squad selection [3]. The mobile application will help in acquiring new developments in the Australian football.

Assumptions and Constraints

Assumptions

There are various assumptions made before the initiation of the mobile application.

  • The company has not been able to manage their teams.
  • The business has the operational software capable of handling financial transactions, job handling and item tracking.
  • The database used in the business contains the player names, score and financial records of the business.
  • During the execution of the project, the annual cost of domain name registration, hosting plans are estimated, and the monthly cost of advertising of Australian football is evaluated

Constraints

  • The company has not been evaluated at international basis
  • Internet access in required for accessing the application
  • Cash has not been accepted over online transaction

Analysis of Options

The main purpose of the My Team Manager application id to increase the team management in the Australian football Club [8]. However, in order to achieve it, the app consists of proper development of the team. The interface has two parts for coach and players respectively.  The players can get update about their matches and selection in the team.  The coach will be able to maintain and select players in the team.

Implementation Strategy

The project is expected to be finished in 90 days. It is estimate that project will start in 3rd September 2018 and end on 1st January 2019. The last week of the project is to be spent on comprehensive technical support and staff training with the completion date [17]. Complete details of tasks duration, estimation, task dependencies and milestone have been shown in the Gantt chart below.
