While sufficient recognition and appraisal can keep the volunteers motivated, offering high pay scale and long term benefits to the other medical staffs can surely increase their dedication.
Poor relations disastrously affect the performance of an organization, and hence it is important to improve the working relationship with the HR. Seminars and conferences focusing on the importance of team work, should be held at regular intervals.
